If you visit Sow the Heart regularly, most likely you read the story of  a grandfather and granddaughter who so moved an artist he painted a picture of  the joy they had found together after loss. If you missed the story, click here to go back and read it.

Each person after having experienced loss finds their own best way to move on. Some accomplish forward movement quickly and others very ssssllllloooooowwwwly. Here are seven tips.
