Every person living on this earth has probably had an instance they’d like to eliminate from their past.  Every human experience, positive and negative, becomes interwoven into the fabric of who we are as individuals.

The most beneficial part of writing one’s memoir is tapping into the emotions that accompany our life experience. Sometimes joyful,  sad or grievous, it’s an exercise which helps us to learn much about ourselves and make amends with the past.
