Pot Luck Blessings
“Tis better by far at the rainbows end to find not a pot of gold but the heart of a friend.” ~Author Unknown
Happy St. Pattys Day!
A real friend is one who sticks by you through thick and thin. Lately, our family has received a plethora of well-wishes from friends and acquaintances near and far, who have helped get my parents through a stew any Irishman would be loathe to. A culmination of health issues that have seemingly been festering for a long time have presented all at once – enough to wipe the starch out of any person, young or old alike.
Friends, if it hadn’t been for you providing loving support, the stresses would have been even more heart-wrenching and demanding for our family. Thank you for your kindness!
Today on Sow the Heart, I’d like to share with you an Irish blessing. I hope if you, my friends, are ever in a stew you will receive all the blessings you are deserving of to help you through.
