Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we lived in a world devoid of sadness, sickness, disappointment and loneliness? It’s so easy to get wrapped up in the festive holidays and forget those who are suffering. Each of us have had times when life hasn’t been so easy. Reality is it’s part of the human condition.
During this holiday season spread kindness, lend a helping hand and share with those less fortunate. Here a few simple short stories of ways that others have helped during the holidays. Find your own way of spreading joy to others that brings great meaning to you.
Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child and Mickey Barrows Memorial Endowed Fund at the Children’s Colorado Foundation are two ways I chose to help children who are heart patients during the holidays. It’s my very small way of giving back.
