Here are places that have designations as top walking communities because of the contributions they have made to Heart Walk, a fundraiser for the American Heart Association.
Tip: Find walking partners to stay motivated. Time passes quickly when you visit and walk. If you don’t live in a good area for walking, mall walking is better than no walking at all. Consider it! At least you are moving.
Generally, it takes 21 days for something to become habit. So stick with it and then exercise will become part of your routine.
