Grace Place
I’ve often heard coming to a place of grace described as “living in of state of contentment.” In every situation, when life becomes stormy there is a bright spot. Perhaps if we can find a beam of light in the dark, we have found grace at it’s most elemental.
I am reminded that like finding grace little things rather than the grandiose provides very fulfilling feelings. These two photographic images bring me feelings of contentment.
The poem “How to Recognize Grace” by poet Marilyn Chandler McEntyre, posted on the website SunFlowerSeeds: Celebrating Everyday Spirituality explains understanding grace in the ordinary. It’s simply beautiful. It takes less than one minute to read it.
God answers the mess of life with one word: ‘grace.’
