Respectable English gents and ladies take time out of each day to sit quietly and fortify their spirits with a cup of tea accompanied by a savory and/or sweet treat. To fully benefit be completely present with your thoughts and focus on the warm liquid filling your being. If you’ve never made it a daily practice, I’d highly recommend it.
