Have you ever noticed during some of life’s most difficult transitions we make some of the best friends. For example when we go off to college, change jobs, relocate geographically, lose someone significant, or become parents, others come into our lives when they are most needed. The lessons they bring us help form new kinds of “family.” It’s funny how life works out like that. The real blessing occurs when we come to understand why they’ve entered into our cosmos.
The most significant people who have come to roost into my life have enhanced and fulfilled me in unique ways. Sometimes, likenesses of their characters appear in my stories.
