There’s a project that I’ve decided to jump onboard with! I like it’s positive objectives. It’s called the Whimsy and Joy Project.

The upside is you can find what makes your own heart zing and bring it to the table! The idea is to share the fun with others so we can live in a world that brings more happiness to ourselves and others. Life is too short to always be taken too seriously!

As youngsters my twin sister and I spent many hours crafting together.  Now as empty nesters, we are getting reacquainted with some of these pleasures that had been shelved when career and raising families came into the picture.

Along with writing, creative fiber crafting provides me with much joy and an outlet for the whimsical side of me. My sister Jan’s brush strokes give her much pleasure. Maybe soon she will let me show you what she’s been up to!!
