Switch the Flip

I do believe if we carry beauty in our hearts, we will see it reflected out in the world, and then we will see more grace or goodwill than ugliness. And vice versa.

In my own opinion, how we think of the world affects how we behave and act. So watching negative news builds “ill will” rather than sharing positive energy and healthy attitudes.

There are a lot of people who are trying to make a difference in a positive way and placing the focus there, seems to be so much more productive. Look no further than in your own heart and community, good will is everywhere if you want to see it.
