A Hint of Fall

What a stunningly beautiful morning it is! A real hint of fall in the air. All humidity has dissipated leaving way to crisp, clean air. Just a tease of autumn, no doubt. Our warm days are not entirely over yet.

At the first signs of fall, I get nostalgic and begin to want to cozy-up my home and hearth.

Today is a good day to do something with these Granny Smith’s that have been sitting on the counter just waiting for a day such as this. Can’t wait to get baking. I can already smell the satisfying scents of cinnamon and nutmeg.
